But way beyond this, Sussex Vineyard owners consider themselves custodians of the land and feel a great duty to contribute to sustainable agriculture, farming land in a way that not only protects it, but also protects the wider environment, now and for future generations. Using regenerative agriculture practices and renewable resources, encouraging pollination, and avoiding chemical pest controls and fertilisers are all examples.
